Cbssports After a clean first half, play between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans got a little sloppy in the third quarter. There were almost as many penalties in the third quarter as there were in the entire first half. The Jaguars set up to attempt a field goal but the snap was a little high and the hold took too long to develop so kicker Josh Lambo encouraged a fire drill.

Houston was able to extend their lead, 19-3, on a physical outside run by Duke Johnson Jr. The score had been set up by a big run from Carlos Hyde. Jacksonville was driving at the end of the third quarter. They need points to get back into this contest.
