There are three Week 13 games on tap this Thursday, starting at 12:30 p.m. ET when the Detroit Lions—who have traditionally played host on this holiday each year since 1934—play the Chicago Bears at Ford Field. This will be followed by the Dallas Cowboys, the other team that annually suits up on Thanksgiving and has done so since 1966, taking on the Buffalo Bills at 4:30 p.m. The festivities wind down in primetime—the league added a night game back in 2006 to coincide with the start of Thursday Night Football—with the Atlanta Falcons squaring off with the NFC South rival New Orleans Saints at 8:20 p.m.

Betting on these Thanksgiving games is a tradition for many and that isn’t going to change in Week 13 of the 2019 NFL season. Favorites have tended to be a strong play over the last 15 years, covering at a 73.2% (30-11) clip. That shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to those who have followed the general trend of Thursday Night Football contests in the same span, as chalk has covered at a 58.5% rate (100-71-4) on four days of rest.
